An original abstract painting on paper, made with acrylic paint, collage and mixed media, inspired by the Welsh valleys landscape, in particular the soft glow of light after a morning shrouded in fog.

This one of a kind piece is not a print but an original acrylic painting embellished with touches of soft pastel, layers of transparent collage papers and map papers in beautiful atmospheric colours and glazes.

The landscape of Wales inspires me in many ways, from the pursuit of the sublime: that feeling of awe, to the feelings of connection, comfort and quiet peace I feel in these wonderful, beautiful places.
